(7753) Microirrigation
1 - Irrigation by means of pipe (usually plastic) that is perforated, porous or fitted with emitters, operated under low pressures, such that water is applied at very slow rates to the soil near each irrigated plant. Such pipe can be buried in the root zone, laid on the soil surface, or hung from trellises. 2 - See 4806.
